Clinicmaster has its own integrated word processor! This utility allows you to create documents such as letters, promotional announcements, etc. in batch mode for one or more entities at a time. A variety of referrer, patient, appointment, treatment and financial related information may be merged directly into these documents. Filters may also be applied selecting only those entities matching specific criteria.
Many favorite word processor editing and formatting capabilities are included. Inserting images and being able to cut and paste to and from other applications is very useful and easy to use. There are a whole bunch of other practical features included in this utility such as options for automatic label generation, record keeping, exporting, and printing.
Create your labels one at a time or in batch mode. Entity demographic information may be merged automatically or typed directly onto labels using free-form text. Filters may also be applied to create labels for only those entities matching specific criteria.
Clinicmaster is installed with 150 different label formats for AVERY standard labels and 40 different label formats for MACO standard labels; however users may also define their own label formats.
Clinicmaster will print labels on your Windows operating system supported printer (your regular laser or ink jet printer) as well as the DYMO and SEIKO brand thermal label printers.
Send emails in batch mode for one or more entities at a time. As with all features in Clinicmaster, you may choose from a wide range of filtering options to select only those entities matching specific criteria.
This special feature allows users to send various types of Clinicmaster documents and information by email in batch mode for one or more entities at a time. Many options are available for date range selection, attachment options and record keeping.
